I have to agree with you unless he's making those "blog" posts on his own time "off the clock," and even if he is, he should use a non-SOE site to do this sort of personal blog, not use SOE official forums.

People don't work 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Someone who pulls the swing-shift at White Castle should know that better than anyone. </span><div></div>
