<DIV><FONT color=#99ff99>Come on devs.. the fun is over now. Make the game multiplayer again please would you. This is totally ridicolous. First you remove the heroic mobs from outdoor zones .. now you removed them from half the dungeons as well? Do you really want a level 15 char to be able to solo aq1 to 6? cause they can now except for maybe 3 mobs. You need to start realizing this is a mmorpg and not diablo or morrowwind. I cant believe that you cant see the idiocy in the way this game is developing.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#99ff99></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#99ff99>please..</FONT></DIV>

There are still plenty of Heroic encounters outdoors and in dungeons, level 15 characters can't solo any of the Armor Quests, and the sky isn't falling. These changes are live now so this isn't the right forum to post your objections anyway.

Whats wrong with someone being able to solo their armor quests anyway? A majority of the player base probably "likes" to group, but doesn't want to "have" to. I would have loved to be able to solo mine, but hey, this is good news for my alts. Another timesink I won't have to worry about so much.</P> <P>17</P>

The dungeon lobby one is a good one as it allows people to solo while lfg. This was the original design of the system and one they unfortunately went away from shortly before release. Having just surveyed runnyeye yesterday the percentage of solo mobs in there compared to group mobs was insignificant.. It was probably 5% or less. Still a nice bump for those who want to do something while lfg. But not really impacting a groups ability to fight in there at all. </span><div></div>

Last time I logged in with only an hour's playtime, I was able to do a whole lot <i>more <font color="#66ff66">quests</font><b> </b></i>than I ever could before. <span>:smileysurprised:</span> I can now just team up with another player or two at EL docks and start adventuring within minutes. I couldnt agree more- besides i thought there was already a solo mmog out there? oh yes its called world of warcraft.

seems like SoE keeps trying to copy a bunch of things WoW has, but these things just don't fit in this game. I like the idea of more solo content, but not if it means removing group content. Everyone is eagerly waiting for them to improve the game while the constantly keep making mistakes. As far as I'm concerned, all that experience they got from everquest live has done nothing to make this game better. <div></div>

<P>I went back with an alt that im lvling up to some of my old defilers stoping grounds... GREAT xp the 1st go around.. They are all gone, anything worth fighting was removed to a solo mob.. HOW [Removed for Content] boring.. I did the quests with my defiler.. I dont wana do em again with my alts.. I wana grind through the lvls to get to the higher end stuff that my guild needs the toons for. I HATE the fact that I have to goto a dungy to find a heroic mob to kill with a group. Solo mobs while grouped the XP blows.. I enjoy fighting outside dungys get boring.. Ant scrow groups, Commons Skelly groups, TS skelly and giant groups... ALL USLESS now. pure and utter crap. </P> <P>The removal of all the group or heroic mobs from outside FORCED everyone into the dungys.. Which you then changed.. Removed all the good mobs from the start so these " soloers" now have something to do while LFG.. They wouldnt need to have something to do IF you didnt force them into a dungy now would they.<BR></P> <P> </P> <P>STOP making this game into WoW.. The 2 games attract different style of players.. EQ IS NOT and NEVER HAS BEEN very friendly to soloers ( in my opinion) its an online MMO for a farkin reason.. I must admit that at first myself and the guys I normaly group with were ticked off that our regular exp spots had changed from group to solo mobs. But you know what we moved around and explored and found there were still plenty of group mobs about and many great exp spots. Plus once we had got used to the changes and what was now in our capabilities many many more things we could do when there was only 2-3 of us playing. After a couple nights of playing/exploring and experimenting I would say that we're all now very happy with the changes. I know this is a lets moan about the game thread and so my positive comments are obviously not going to be welcome. However, I'm sure if you all take your blinkers off and take the time to re-learn as opposed to just being negative you'll see the advantages also. Obviously most people are happy with the changes as there would be so many more complaints and after all most people only post to complain and very few post to say I'm happy. <div></div>
Its not about easy or hard its about zone usage. Like ot or not, CoB is almost always empty. I have met tons of people who have never even seen Kane's tomb. Basically the whole zone became about 3 quests, (Access, Heratge, Armour.) So you look at why this might be, and a clear possability is that its very much a bring your own group zone, you find players soloing in its outdoor equivelent and [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot] in. But its outdoor equivelent is TS, several zones away and with other dungions closer by. There hope is, by making it a place you can xp solo, people might start hanging about there and by dint of that groups will form to do teh actual zone content. Personally im not sure it will work, but to be honest, its such an irrelevent zone. (And i have done ever single no mob dropped quest there is there,) that im not sure they could make it any worse. <div></div>
