Procs using Power? Is this Intended?

<div></div> Yeah, i have found that the woodone's  feral blessing (level 40 trait buff for wardens) got some form of change (or bug) after live update #7.  Each time the heal effect procs on myself, it eats up my mana, rather fast too.   I sincerely hope this is a bug because this has never happend till now.   And if so, would be nice for some confirmation of some kind from a developer.  This is a pretty painful bug(?)  for us wardens, to the point it nullfiys the use of this buff and the other variation of the buff (bension of the wild, blessing of the wild etc).  <p>Message Edited by Jorack on <span class=date_text>04-26-2005</span> <span class=time_text>10:26 AM</span>
