It isn't what you think. It's got nothing to do with the combat system. Nothing to do with any monsters. No... the TRUE CHALLENGE of EVERQUEST2 is..... Re-learning how to play your character every week. /sigh <div></div>

<DIV>I agree. Much of what I wish to say is redundant in other threads...so I won't bother to say it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>What bothers me most:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>They spent years developing a core combat structure using various attributes (ie..strength, agility, stamina, wisdom, intelligence). They created spells, potions, arts, weapons...all manner of items and effects that use these attributes as a baseline.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So why reinvent the wheel? An example is basing avoidance on armor type when agility was used before. They are bypassing part of the core combat structure. And of course the ripple from it affects virtually everything...potions, spells, arts...you name it. It just doesn't make sense to me. If buffs are making characters untouchable, then reduce the buffs! No one can possibly realize all the potential effects or ponder all the permutations when affecting a core attribute like agility. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!</DIV>
