<DIV>I see in the patch notes that a fix is on the test server that allows this quest to be completed. My question is will it still require a tier 5 rare to complete? If so almost noone will complete it since they arent wasting a rhodium on a shield unless it is very very special. Anyone completed this on the test server?</DIV>
