But its important that level 50 people be able to effectivly solo them so that they have something to do. Its no fun to spend hours just trying to do one writ. (hunting grey creatures) I think its insane how many writs you have to do just to get anywhere with a faction. But even if I had no interest in factions I still need a resonable way to contribute to my guild as a solo player. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The new writs need to have solo creatures avalable for each of them and they need to have those creatures on STATIC spawns. Isnt the 15 minute run enough punishment? The level 35 writs were already enough of a pain just from that.</DIV>

my char on test is not high enough to try those new writs myself. any information on them? what zones? which mobs? how many status do they give? In addition I'm interested in this change to epic encounters. how many status do they give? do you get status for killing grey epic mobs (anguis, ladon e.g.)?<div></div>
completely agree with the OP. writs just suck completely past tier 2. the content and delivery of writs needs a massive overhaul. the biggest change is that you shouldnt have to *$%#&!ing hike back to town to get a new writ. That is SO *$%#&! and unnecessary. <div></div>
I also agree. I think writs should send you to an instanced zone where you do multiple things (Quests, Kill Mobs, etc.) for different amounts of status. These zones should have a reentry time and provide substantial status rewards. There should also be epic versions for raids. It doesn't make sense to me that the writs are such clear cut and dry quests. Where's the city cold-war? How about some espionage. Heck, maybe the Sabotage quests should replace writs. Killing mobs just doesn't fit, not by itself. <div></div>
