Warlock Spell Change

And dont forget DETER and SOUL FLAY, they are in the same line as previous fixes, how hard could it be?

<DIV>Yes Deter and Soul Flay did not get the updates that Flashfreeze and Noxious Bolt did, I'm afraid Vulian Gift is going to join them sitting in the spell book as their t3/t4 counterparts are better.</DIV>
