<div></div>They should allow trustee to sell out of their houses, but the number of trustees allowed to do this should be limited according to the type of housing. Right now I have a 2 room in West freeport. The only reason for this is I hava a carpenter so I need some space in order to show the furniture. There is no other incentive to have a bigger appartment than a 1 room now then this. Everything is closer and easier with a 1 room, which is why I have 1 of those aswell. Carrying 20 bank boxes all across freeport would take a long long time if I didn't. So I'd like to see, as housing type goes up, more trustees have access to vault selling, and more vault slots for more expensive houses also. 1 room app = 1 slot, 2 room = 2 slot. Would make tradeskillers spend more money, which is what SOE wants anyway.

I'm a little dissapointed with the single user house vault system as well. My wife and I share a 2 bedroom house in East Freeport and this will force me to re-open my 5s el-cheapo house just to have access to the vault. Perhaps an alternative to the owner system would be to allow Co-owners who are 1 step above trustee and get all the benifits of the owner except the owner is the only one who can add/remove other Owner. Only allow 1 Owner and 1 Co-owner per house. <div></div>
