Can someone confirm if longshank is really fixed ?

Doesnt look like the fix ever gets tested and thats why it has been 4 times it has supposedly gone live without an actual fix Can we please copy our characters to test server to check this out ? Or if there's a soe person who plays a ranger who can test it. <div></div>
