Devs: PLease allow trustees to sell from house vault as well!!

This is crucial to players that share houses!!! I am sure the reason it is not happening is some weird database issue but please try to get around it!! It doesn't make any sense to punish players that want to share a house or apt with other plaeyers simply because they were not the ones to click the "BUY" button. This is going to be a major problem with update 6!! The offlien selling is great but it will not help to have up to  1/4 of the server population unable to do it because of this limitation!!!  <div></div>

<P>agreed, i was going to post the same thing, its not the cost of a house that bothers me, but i have alot of time/money into our 2 room and splitting it up would be a major pain in the [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot].</P> <P>make it the same as the 2 people per room or something, cause buying another apt just so i can sell when i already pay half the rent on a place just sucks.</P>

<P>im not looking to get into my roomies housevault, as that would make it so no trade stuff could not go in there. </P> <P>what i would like to see is a coowner type thing. i pay for half of it, they made it so we could pay for parts of the rent, meaning that they know people are sharing housing. what i would like to see is where you could have something like 1 owner and vault per room in the house, this would allow people that share housing to effectivly share housing. on top of that have it so any of the people with coowner status and thus a vault cannot have another house, and only 1 toon can sell at a time per account.</P> <DIV>edit: and i do trust my roomie to sell for me, so i could sell out of his vault, but he is a crafter and its generally packed with stacks and stacks of combine stuff, even with 20+ slot boxes in his vault.</DIV><p>Message Edited by xfbishop on <span class=date_text>04-01-2005</span> <span class=time_text>10:21 PM</span>
