Allow items flagged solely LORE to be mailed

<DIV>I like everything about the new mail system except for the limitation of not allowing LORE items to be mailed. Since characters can only have one LORE item, what happens when you try to send a LORE item to someone who already has it? The character it was sent to won't be allowed to claim it and the person who sent it no longer owns it.  Maybe a "Return to Sender" option so that it can be returned to the original sender?</span><div></div>

Ya, I guess it would require some extra programming to take care of that issue and your suggested fix seems perfect.<BR>

The new owner can't get it unless they destroy their copy of the item (and what happens if it's the rare case where the item is NODESTROY) and since it was mailed, the sender no longer owns it so they can't get it back either. So now you have an item that's "lost in the mail", which is just far too realistic for a fantasy game <span>:smileywink:</span></span><div></div>

Ok don't let them get a new one (same as if it's in the bank) but that's another further check that needs to be made? What about the Vault? How about in the Mail? Has it been accepted?
