I can give you a 100% guarentee that the rares will still be rare in the eyes of 99.5% of the living population of the earth.  I'm not sure how YOU define rare, but I would consider the new harvest rate for rare stones as remaining conderably beyond the line for defining "rare".  <div></div>

<P>I personally am glad. I have been harvesting heavily for the past 2 weeks, looking for opals. With no luck. Heavy mining for two weeks should at least turn up 1 rare.... Anyways, wish I had known about this earlier, just went and bought one.  <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P> <P> </P>

<DIV>Absolutely thrilled!  Thank you.  I have been mining 3 different toons in the commonlands for months.  Probably mined the equivalent of thousands of ore and stone and my mining is way over 100.  Never once have I ever found a silver or coral!  That is WAY too rare.  If someone mines for an entire day - lets say 8 hours - the least they should find is one rare if not two.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>3 mines per node</DIV> <DIV>10 nodes per hour - being conservative</DIV> <DIV>8 hour day of harvesting that node</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>that's 240 mines - and still no coral or silver</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>once out of 240 ins't rare enough?!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have done this multiple times, and still have yet to find ONE silver or coral.  This is why coral and silver cost 15+ gold on the broker.  That's rediculous.  Who can afford that at tier 2.  Very few.  This needed to be adjusted because by the time people find the extremely rare finds, they're past the level where this rare is actually useful.  This should be the rarety level to create a Master III spell, not Adept - IMO.</DIV>
