Price of EFP Housing?

I'm pleased to see that the devs paid attention to the 'location location location' mantra. After all, the EFP rooms are a lot more convenient then the ones in NFP/WFP.I may move down there anyway... I'm sure my customers would enjoy it.

The wall/floor options include Treant Bark (10g) and Polished Obsidian (20g). Not sure if these were available in other 2 room apartments. My guild is level 12 but would these houses become available at level 10? <div></div>

I moved into EFP last night myself, and ended up doing the first room in polished obsidian, because as least I knew how it looked. Little nervous about the treant bark though. And has anyone noticed that once in awhile when you exit your room, it zones you directly to the docks?
