So how uncommon are the new "uncommon" harvestables?

I've seen about 4 or so people mention they got one. One person said it took him 3 hours of harvesting to get one. I'd say it's about 4 times more common, just a rough guess.

I found a rare carrot once. If you held in up to a shielded light between the hours of 4 and 6 pm on a december night, it looked like the Devil incarnate.

I have harvested a shiny fish scale from a shrub in Commonlands.  Also a tooth, which I believe came from an armadillo den.
