Multiple Mailboxes for 1 house?

Are the Mailboxes tied to a specific character or the house? Reason I ask is my wife and I plan on sharing a larger house when the patch goes live with shareable upkeep in it. Will we both be able to have our own mailboxes, or will we have 1 large box for the whole house?

I haven't seen this in use but guessing the way mailboxes work. You would have one for your house that you both could use. I don't really see it as a personal mailbox just as a mailbox you have in your house <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Members of Guilds level 15+ can purchase their own Mailboxes, which lead to my question.

I'm guessing these work the same as crafting stations that you can puchase and place in the house. Anyone with friend+ access can use. That's an assumption on my part and I'll be verifying it as soon as the servers come up.Anyone know what the name of the item is and how much gold/status it costs to purchase from the City Merchant?

All the while selling in vendor mode and never leaving your house to mail items etc. </span><div></div>

I do a lot of crafting from my room and plan on simply having my alts mail me supplies to craft with while I sell.So for me (living in WFP currently, soon to be EFP), it's money well spent to not have to hoof it elsewhere to interact with a mailbox.
