Mentoring under 20: need an AC fix

<DIV>Mentoring under 20 needs an AC fix for classes that recieve new armor types at level 20. If they can no longer wear their armor type under 20, then its stats become abysmal, much worse than anything at that level uses. Mentoring needs to be able to convert over 20 plate into under 20 chain or leather and  over 20 chain into under 20 leather. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>For example, if a level 20 paladin wearing a full suit of pristine forged steel vanguard armor (tier 3 rare) mentors down to level 19, his AC will be worse than a level 19 crusader wearing junk from the isle of refuge.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>-Iustus</DIV>
