Bugged Guardian Haste Spells

<DIV>the lvl 30 guardian haste at app1 gives 20% haste. The lvl 44 guardian haste at master1 gives 8%. So lvl 30 spell at app1 gives 20% and a master lvl 44 spell gives 8% ?!?!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Did i mention that both of these spells take 4% power every 24seconds making them completely useless to the point that anyone using them should be shot in the head?</DIV>

<DIV>ya whoever did the spells in eq2 is prob worst spell designer in history he couldn't of possibly screwed it up anymore. Some people get huge upgrades when they go from app1 to master 1 and others have spells that get worse or almost no improvement</DIV>
