<DIV>I crafted about 30, tier 3 pristine essences last night. The initial components all made in the last 3 days. I was attempting to figure out what the value attributed to the raw material was in the sell back price to the merchant. Given the Patch notes of Februay 24 (I beleive), the sell back price was to equal the cost to create. When I did my calculations of the costs on my Essences I was suprised to find I was spending more to make them than the sell back price.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>INFO:  Sell-back price to merchant as of 8:30am March 9 =  3s32c.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Cost to create:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>1 pristine thylakoid oil            16c</DIV> <DIV>2 pristine thylakoid washes   32c</DIV> <DIV>1 pristine thylakoid resin        16c</DIV> <DIV>4 Fuel - @58c each               232c</DIV> <DIV>1 Celestial suspension          58c</DIV> <DIV>---------------------------------------------</DIV> <DIV>Total                                       354c</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Surplus item Hexinoid Loam  - I'm not sure what the sell-back rate is for Hexinoid loam.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Break down of Raw materials:</DIV> <DIV>1 belladona root</DIV> <DIV>1 raw agate</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>SO, my total sell-back rate is the above cost to complete + loam sell-back cost. If that total is over 354c then the residual is the value for the raw materials. If someone could confirm the sellback of the hexanoid loam it would be appreciated. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks:smileytongue:</DIV>

I have tested some NPC merchants around the city and I've found that some paid more for your items. For ex. the wholesaler use to pay more than the ones near the bank. Also, the same merchant don't pay always the same. I'm speaking about selling an item one day and get a price and go the next day, sell another item ,of the same type and same interism used, to the same merchant and get another price.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>For the Hexanoid Loam I got a range between 16-22 cp if I remeber right. I can give you a more accurate price tomorrow (both sellbacks: spells and loams).</DIV>

<DIV>I got 50 cp for the Hexanoid Loam this evening. The spells were sold back for 6 sp 52 cp (In my case are sage spells): I sold them to the NPC merchant at the class society.</DIV>
