<DIV>While fighting raid mobs my damage is HALVED with this weapon.  If I get out a 2handed DROP from permafrost I do full damage.  I thought to myself, maybe these mobs have huge resists to slashing...so I tried a tier 5 slashing weapon..full damage.  I thought to myself maybe it's a heritage item issue, nope Hierophant's do full dmg. (FYI Hierophant's is way way way easier to get than EBBC).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>How is it that a weapon which required massive amounts of work AND a tier 5 rare (ebon cluster) doesn't hit on par with random drop tier 5 weaponry from any tier 5 mob?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I think they coded weapons by where they are received.  For instance, since you recieve the EBBC in Stormhold it's flagged as Tier 3 instead of 5.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Please change this, it's highly dissapointing.</DIV>

Its not just the EBBC. Using the PGT, or Ghoulbane on the female demon that spawns just before you fight Varsoon, me and a group mate were only hitting for 3 damage tops. I swaped Ghoulbane to my normal duel wield weapons and was hitting normally then. Not sure if we would of gotten the same results on Varsoon because we were all out of power from not noticing right away that out damage was so seriously lowered so died when he spawned. Next trip we didnt use any heritage weapons and won easily. Oddly enough our Tank was using Weakend Ghoulbane and said she was hitting for normal damage with it.Also I was using PGT and SSOY against one of the FBSS mobs and noticed I was only hitting 1-4 damage with them. I'm thinking there is some code against using Heritage weapons againts certain mobs.
