Was Greater Fury ever tested?

OK as of patch number 3 Greater Fury was suppose to be one of the buffs stated in notes that was extended to 10 min ( its a berserker skill ) , its still a 3 min buff, was this tested by anychance?

so there is no one player the berserker class on test server at all? or is there no berserker yet who can use greater fury?
