<DIV>As the latest test server patch stated that devastation will have a increased recast time to 45 sec, why you want to bring us down instead of pushing up wizard a bit more by reducing their [Removed for Content] ice comet to a 18 or so recast time as well? I really dont understand why a dmg limit is constantly place on us which does not match up with our sacrifice on 2k hp and 4k armor class. I was happy about the earlier upgrade patch and with our best AoE DD in a not too long recast timer we can do what we should be able to do. The problem is not on us but on the wizards having their best DD in a recast timer which is way too long for the spell to be effective. Please, reconsider the probability that bringing down the recast time of ice comet but dont increase the recast time on devastation.</DIV>
