<DIV>You know I decided to play around with my outfitter a bit today and it wasn't TOO bad actually... sure noone had any interest in buying what I made (since everyone and their mother has crafting mules of some sort), but I was able to level up from 12 to 13 in the half hour or so before today's "minor update" (wheres notes of this update btw?) without losing much money at all. The only reason I did lose money is because I canceled a couple combines trying to get a higher quality final item.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Ok so whats the point of this post? Well, a couple of suggestions and issues.</DIV> <DIV>1) the buffs. If I use nothing but +durability buffs and counter everything, my durability actually goes DOWN really fast. If I use both durability and progress it stays pretty high. Seems durability buffs arent working as intended?</DIV> <DIV>2)It takes forever and way too many combines to get something that allows you to gain xp... I suggest making this tradeskill xp bonus permanent to offset some of the changes. Today I was able to gain 30% from crafting a rawhide shoulder pad (and the subcombines included in it)</DIV> <DIV>3) coming soon... I had it then my brain wiped the idea</DIV> <DIV>4)the most recent update said it made rare harvests moer common, but ive still yet to see a single one of even tier 1 with all the farmers out there...</DIV>

I almost never saw the durability increase using them. This is a huge change from prepatch. It's almost as if the durability drop per tick has been increased but it still feels like the t2 buffs are broken. This makes multi-combination crafting almost impossible to make pristine end products. I used t2 buffs for 15 combinations, spamming the buffs. Next I used t3 buffs only when prompted and got the same 50%pristine tempers. It's gone from a game of skill where you fight to get pristines to a game of wack-a-mole. What's the point of crafting now? No skill needed, just press the buttons as prompted.Update: I tried my 25 armorer and found that his t2 durability buffs worked fine, same as prepatch. It just seemed to be problems with the alchemist's t2 durability buffs not working.<p>Message Edited by Wulfrunner on <span class=date_text>02-20-2005</span> <span class=time_text>06:16 AM</span>

Wolf, I'm not sure about your results. I was making reagents last night. This is post patch, as a 15 scholar, I was making Trinoid Reagent(10-green). Out of 20 attempts, I made 20 pristine. I'm not a button masher, so that might have something to do with it. I do take care when trying to push durability back. There is one buff that, while increasing durability, it also increases your chance at failure.Shazz

<DIV>For my results I'm talking about even when I use JUST the [inc dur/dec pro] or JUST the [inc dur/dec pow] buffs</DIV>
