*edit accidentally pressed enter*Me and another level 20 player were teamed up near Caltorsis and we found ourselves overwhelmed.Green mobs of 3 were completely over powering us. A solo white killed us. This continued on for a while as a quest required us to be there. With the recent nerf to agility all agility classes have been made useless. Greens hit me almost every single time.I was a monk and he was a ranger, within the period of *almost* completing our quests, I died 6 times. I know how to use HOs and they weren't doing us any good. Even with Several Luck's bites we still couldn't compete with even a solo white. The mobs in this area are overwhelming not just in power but also in raw numbers, you can't run near there without having atleast 15 enemies chasing after you.I think I'll stick with my old armor, not worth it.Ramza :: 20 monk :: 25% exp debt
Message Edited by foulplay2 on 02-18-2005 01:33 PM

Miral wrote:
its pretty easy to pull one at a time until your path is clear though.... especially if you have a ranger heh...

That was only one problem. What about the fact that 2 agility based classes grouped can't take out one white solo mob? We used HO's effiently, the fact that it hit me for 100 3 times in a row, no misses shows me that there is a problem with agility. My class is supposed to be able to tank, the reason it is supposed to be able to tank is because it can dodge (or is supposed to be able to). Then they basically removed the entire dodging component of the battle. Making Brawlers into basically, [Removed for Content]. Guardians/Bruisers can tank mobs of equal level to us with much less challenge, not to mention deal out DPS just as high as ours. With well used skills, you should be able to defeat atleast a white mob without constantly having to worry about dying.

I was a 26th bruiser (shelved him today) and greens were beating me senseless.

I have a retired scout (troubador) who could buff her agility to 200 or so and green con solo mobs, blue con solo mobs, and GREY CON group mobs would hit me every time, all the time for almost their max. That is at 3200 AC also. She's retired. Agility was too important to that class because that was our main stat buff now I solo just as well naked and unbuffed as I do w/ a full suit of armor and buffed to the 9's.
