Not trying to prolong any arguements, but it has some valid points and some may find some new facts here. Even better... SOE admits to being wrong about their implementation timing of certain things. So I understand the anger, and so does SOE, and they've even gone as far as to say they're wrong... next step is really up to us.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>-Aeg</DIV>

<DIV>Oddly, knowing SoE admits they screwed up does make me feel a bit better about it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It still does not make tradeskilling viable though so I will take a wait and see attitude on future "tweaks" as to weither my play will be "long term".</DIV>

<DIV>yeah you broke it and screwed the honest player the dishonest sit on high and benefit from every change.  They made their money and lvls so taking away money nothing but kills honest skill trader. You now allow anybody to make anything they need without interdependencies sages and alchemists are a joke. You lower the prices paid by vendor for items yet raise cost so high that making things for the honest skill trade is impossible. You take stuff people paid good money for because they can resell it and destroy its value yesterday my pally had 40 to 60 gp of armor today he is broke worth maybe 2 gp if lucky. Where does 27th lvl pally make the 1 plat for his next set of throw away armor. Yet those 40 + lvl have their armor and those that cheated with bots are safe even if attunable its the last they will need. Closing the barn doors after the horses have escaped is rather stupid act. For years ( I used to play EQ1) I have watched as you improve the GAME yet all attempts to deal with the dishonest player is to little to late and the honest always suffer.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have cancelled my subscription if you guys decide to fix the horror story you dumped on us I will resubscribe this is not theat it is fact it is done deal now fix it or enough is enough.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>You are a nasty person so anyone who doesnt agree with sony's lastest horror story of a patch is a cry baby. Just what you would expect from the south end of a north bound horse.</DIV>

<DIV>The economy of this game has never been broken. It was a terrible idea that was implemented at the outset. It is working just fine in regards to the way it was originally set up. It was one of many bad ideas that made it into the game. You can't fix a bad idea with all the coding in the world. You have to scuttle the idea first. That means starting from scratch with a good idea. The developers are more concerned with making sure their bad economic idea works, then they are with making it fun. It will be fix after fix after fix after fix. It will never work, because the idea behind it is broken. They set it up so they could have total control over it. They grab arbitrary numbers out of the sky and throw them in and hope they add up. I think they realize that the economic disaster they created will undo their beloved game in the end.  Will be sad to see so many reputations ruined. </DIV>

<DIV>you know, this is just rediculous. Although they admit they screwed up and that's all good and all, they have to expect that this drastic of a patch into changes this hard on the economy is going to [Removed for Content] off ALOT of people which it has and for people to sit there and call them cry babies is simply pathetic.  People that voice their concerns are not cry bables, they are just pasionate about their feelings towards the game and I for one simpathize for them.  If someone is stating their concerns because of something they feel drastically effects their gameplay or life then they have the right to do so without persecution.  IMHO those that sit here and start the arguements by calling people whiners and crybabies are not helping the situation but simply making it worse and Sony should frown on that because it is people that do those things that make people say "fine" and cancle their account.  hell, i'm was planning to stay although I'm on strike right now but the tactics used by people degrading people for stating their concerns makes me sick to my stomach and makes me even want to click the cancle button.  The sooner Sony realizes it's also the people here on the forums insulting those that state valid concerns and help them click that "Cancle Account Button", the sooner they will hopefully get rid of the trash that holds this community back from becoming what it can be.  </DIV>

<DIV>Bye *waves you away*</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The only concern i have for now, is the offline selling issue. No one can sit at there computer ALL day on EQ2 selling items. One of the best things about Trade, is actually coming online and seeing an item sold.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>All the other bad things people talk about, I know SOE knows what they need to fix, so I am not worried about that.</DIV>
