Outfitter buff effects not matching up

<DIV>I recently got an outfitter to level 10.  Like my scholar and my craftsman, I keep the icons lined up in my tradeskill book so I can make a new hotbar quickly.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>What I noticed was that for two of the outfitter focused skills, the tier 2 buffs did not match the effects of the tier 1 buffs.  What I mean, is that Tempering, which traded power for progress, does not match Strengthening, which has the same icon (and timer) but trades success for durability.  This applies for both weaponry and light armoring buff sets.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My scholar's buffs all match, my craftsman's buffs all match, and all the new skills (geomancy, etc.) match up.  This could be a display error on the description tags, but the things they counter are correct.  I was hoping we could get these fixed so that they line up just like every other skill.</DIV>
