Where should we post problems with the Test Environment?

<DIV>This forum seems to have turned into a discussion forum, which is fine.  I have lots of opinions as well <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.  But where should we post potential bugs?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I don't want to post with the in game feature because in many cases I'm not even sure if its a bug.  Secondly, on aboard I get the opportunity for other testers to see and confirm the problem.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>OK.. so where do we post these types of things and try not to have every post turn into a discussion about the feature?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>HELP!!!!</DIV>
