WOW... all I can say is wow... They are amazing. I especially love the fae dreamz one. Its my desktop now ^.^ so nice to look at. Love the colors and the attention to detail. I also like some of the armor concepts you have... unique, sexy, yet... tasteful.

Amazing detail in all your artwork. Your Incognito picture has so much detail. Is she perhaps a half elf? I see she has some sort of scar on her nose. And like others have said the proportions for the figures is just right. Not too realistic but enough and not too fantastic but just right. Also the weapons in Trueshot are just awesome looking. The detail and shine on the hilts. They look really nice in the sheaths as well. Too bad SoE doesnt do work like you. lol Just very nice stuff. Keep it up!

Message Edited by Lightbearer007 on 12-17-2006 04:12 PM

Very nice work, Akyashaa. A few days ago I got Daz3d just to see what the rendering and such was like and I found it to be very fun.So now I'm wondering where to go from there. I'm thinking of buying Carrara 6, since its 64% off currently.Thought it would be a good idea to ask someone that actually does all that, their opinion on which program is best.

Akyashaa
12-21-2007, 12:52 PM
Thanks guys..As for 3d program, I presonally have been using poser for a long time. I use Poser 7LE and I like it the best for what I do anyways. Never used Carrera but I hear its nice. I just like poser because along with Daz3d it comes with a ton of plugins and accessories you can buy for both that work for both. It's a bit rough to learn and get used to though because of all the options but once you get it its a blast. I also use Photoshop CS 3 to do all the postwork and repaints and stuff. Have fun with it

(( excellent works Akyashaa 8-)I am curious though, doesn't it infringe copyrights to be selling commissions using other peoples 3d models? I was always on the fence on the issue about making commissions for people using poser for that reason...

Akyashaa
02-23-2008, 03:17 AM
Nope just have to either use your own models or when you do use things that other people make have to make sure it notes for commercial and none commercial stuff... so I am safe Thanks for the concern though

I know I've already stated as much on your DA gallery, but it really bears repeating here. You have one of the most interesting styles I've seen in my short time doing 3D stuff. The big thing is your use of color and how your scenes seem to stick with a certain color and it's various shades without going overboard.

To anyone that hasn't had the pleasure of visiting Akyasha's DA gallery, I highly recommend it. She has only posted the fantasy stuff here, but her other images with a science fiction feel and her equine images are just as beautiful as these.

Indeed I use Poser version 7LE, I also use the Photoshop CS3 Master Edition (comes with all the CS3 programs in the master edition). Usually the way I work, I get the basic set up done in poser, the light never looks exactly how I want it but that's where the postwork comes in, which is where most of the work is, adding details, painting hair, adding background, fixing light and anything else you can think of LOL It's a really long process. On average I spend between 6-20 hrs on a picture, depending on complexity.

Dylara: Don't cut yourself short, you're stuff is amazing girl!! you've also improved a lot since I've first saw your pictures Just keep on trucking and don't be afraid to learn or try new things That's what I did

To Hamervelder: Thanks for the compliment as well

Now comes my question to you : it is absolutely nessecary i need photoshop cs 2 or higher, OR it is ok to have (only) Photoshop CS? in combination with poser? because i dont now exacly and dont find answers in google or else..... what i want is to create the humans, the models as realistic, and after to export in photoshop (xy) for finishing... I hope you can give me answers, - my english is bad i now, it is not my native languange; sorry....

I now to handle photoshop CS, i learned to build websites, i create nice 2D pics, so i'm not a very beginner, - but in 3D i'm a beginner and i think, a profi master like you can give me god answers, before i put a lot money thrue the windows

Thanks you so much for reading!!

YOUR WORKS ARE INCREDIBLE, STUNNING, I'VE NEVER SEEN SO GREAT STUFF LIKE THIS MADE WITH 3D PROGS
