These are the product of too much time at hand while waiting for servers to come back up.The image of the wood elf on the horse - the source pic of the horse was taken from a photo that someone had to have scanned in from a book. I have no source to credit here, so please understand it was done for my own personal amusement and not intended to be passed off as "original art"... original photoshop, maybe. Nin, taking a moment. A tongue in cheek ad mockup:Monk, working on her dressage skill. Banner I did as a tribute to the guild and all their hard work and humor:Right to left, to to bottom: First trip into FoL, Drakota run in prom dresses & spoons, hide & seek in Oakmyst Forest after raiding Coldtooth in the buff, the FoL eyes, two of our pallies dueling in my dining room (out of sight, a monk passed out on the table), Terrorantula finally gets her comeuppance and I run back like a maniac to get a screenie on time, calling out of yet another loooong night in Silent City /droop, Nini profile, kra'thud dead with our last breaths - had to run all the way back for the chest, the sheer mayhem that was the HM Christmas party, Alemi in PoF on the Dragon Isle, guildy in most appropriate form: monkey (no wild ferret totems), The dragon at the bottom, Siyamak, of course...because he stands outside my apartment looking dead sexy (or unfortunately, sometimes, just plain dead) and I must flirt with him everytime I go past. Sig done for a former friend. Thanks to a direct X issue, my gamma settings are screwy, so pardon this one if there's a big ole ugly line down the right hand side.HM's first Darathar Run. The writing is an excerpt of Keating's Ode to a Nightengale:Darkling I listen; and for many a timeI have have been half in love with easeful Death,Call'd him soft names in many a mused rhyme,To take into the air my quiet breath;Now more than ever seems it rich to die,To cease upon the midnight with no pain . . .

Message Edited by megaira13 on 02-10-200603:43 AM

Nice work..As for originality..Its as original as most and far better then many..Most art today is just 'blueprinted' from someone else, as is music and the written word. Yours is slightly more original and creative in its perspective. :womanhappy:

* Silkwind - Runnyeye *

Suffering from...

[Signature-Clueless]

(Server downtime has me staring at the screen and trying to will those servers to be a second for two faster then normal..)

I think they look great nin. The one of rena seems to capture so much emotion. ANd the others are very creative, I really like the way you use text and symbols in some of the pictuers.

Thanks! I walked past my husband's laptop the other day and saw the bottom image of Nin set as wallpaper. Best. Compliment. Ever. ^_^If I come up with more, I'll toss them in this thread so they're all in one spot. We got a new digital camera for our anniversary...there's a place I hike nearby that has some gorgeous scenery - I'm hoping I can start blending the real settings with eq2 toons and characters. Someone had posted some screenies a while back where the realism theme was going on in the background of the toon - it was pretty neat (if you know who that was oooooo please post the link!!)
