Not sure why it worked fine on my system...  I am not absolutly sure what codec was used to encode it but maybe try downloading the lastest Divix codec and giving it another shot?great video Klumpp.<div></div>

<div></div><p>Not a computer guy by any standard, but nonetheless, I've got no idea why it should do that to your system.  Nobody else I know of has had issue with retrieving it or watching it, so I can't offer any previous solutions that have worked.  Sorry, Calthine.</p>
