Sig section back? Move the sig threads?

<div></div><p>They may have all been moved, but I think all the clutter is from the links to the newly moved threads that SAY thay've been moved. I'm talking about all the threads still listed here that start with the word "Moved:" and have the locked icon.</p><p>Why bother with the moves if the clutter remains?</p>
