do you run it in that graphic setting? I have almost the similar set up. Lower Graphics card and lower processesor, but was going to get the BFG Geforce 7800Gt PCI Express version. Just curious since My specs would be close to yours.

I'm still tweaking the graphics trying to find the balance between beauty and playability. The thing that is not conveyed in these pics is how gorgeous the animation looks, it's smooth as butter. Luckily it seems as I tweak image settings the animation rate is staying really strong. I will post more screens once I get it to a playable setting.

There are settings to make the game look its best but downplay all the behind the scenes graphics type settings that have little effect besides sometimes loading something slower to be rendered, but a balance can make it play with little to no lag and look Great! I used a tech support forum (off of these forums) to adjust settings (its stickied thread) and I play like high quality with little to no lag that comes with the default of that. (I have a radeon 9800 pro, with an old motherboard chip, 512 of memory, nothing too great)For Example: and here we see a easy to run enviroment effect, the one with soft lighting:battle works with little increase in lag:
Message Edited by Dimgroth on 10-28-2005 01:13 PM

Message Edited by Dimgroth on 10-28-2005 01:35 PM

Thanks Dimgroth. I'll go check the tech forums. I'd love to be able to play at the graphics your screens show.
