An alt I recently created ... while between sessions of Qeynosian Civil Service(tm) ... They made changes to the sky?  I never noticed.  Which update was this?

In September before the release of the expansion.  I think the live event for it was something like "Will of the Overlord" or something. It was more noticeable if you had grown up on the Freeport side but all of the sky was altered to be a bit more open. <div></div>
