It was cute. My favorite part was where you (I guess it was you?) climbed up to the top of this one house and did a little dance.

I have to admit though that seeing the same dance socials over, and over, and over again got a little boring after awhile.

My advice (and I know I really shouldn't say this, seeing as how I have yet to finish my first little video that I am experimenting with) is that you play around with clipping, trimming and splitting frames. Try to play around with the editing. Try shooting the characters from different angles and maybe do some close ups.

And I would have really loved to have been able to view this in full screen mode. The video was so small.

Regardless though, nice job for a first video.

Message Edited by Zilreed on 09-11-2005 08:52 PM

yeah, it was kind of a rush :p

i did it in a day ( well yesterday) trying to see what i could turn out best i could at the time. tryed experimenting with dance moves but its limited coz u have to time loads of different emotes right for it to look like a dance

i did try to make it differ a bit with the different backgrounds/ammounts of people and effects but il get better at that as i practice more , hehe.

il take on the advice and make my next 1 more varied.

oh and if u know anywhere i can host the videos let me know, i could only find that zippy place which makes them smaller

- janey -

Nice film to get you started on your portfolio

I see in one spot your UI was still displayed and Im assuming that was to capture the names and chat on screen, but may I just suggest that if you want to keep that effect, that you click shut any UI boxes as the viewer may get distracted by looking at what button you put where rather than keep their minds occupied with the content you took all that time to make? ;p

Anyhow, thanks for sharing your work with us, and making the place that little bit more unique!.
