<DIV>From what I've noticed, these drop every once in a while when killing mobs. I've been able to use one of them before when doing AQ in the commonlands. I don't remember which character of mine did it or which object it was. But I've been in groups were someone has been able to use on somewhere along the way. I think maybe it has something to do with only a specific class can activate them, and if you don't have that class with you then forget about it. But when they get used it provides a group benefit for a limited time. I think it's just another one of those things they through in the game...that is never quite utilized.</DIV>

Stinge is right, they used to work. When you cleared a "tent" and the "tent" masters. You sometimes got the glowing treasure chest. It would buff you (if solo) or your whole group. They haven't worked for a long time though <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>
