<P>This seems to be a recurring theme. Although I'm thinking it's not entirely their fault; it's the people reporting them. Right? Either<EM> they're</EM> misinformed, or they just like messing with people with those titles by jokingly reporting them. Worth a giggle either way.</P> <P>(Edit) Although now that I think of it, the real humor lies in the fact that you have "Whoot," "Squeeeks," and "Nobodyknows" right there, and he doesn't bat an eyelash.</P><p>Message Edited by Deltree_c on <span class=date_text>08-03-2005</span> <span class=time_text>12:55 PM</span>

This goes to show how out of the loop the GM's are with this game. <div></div>

If there isn't a big red button the GMs can push, there isn't a chance for them to get anything right.

<DIV>It's very worrying when those that 'manage' the game seem to know very little about it.... Very worrying indeed...</DIV>

This looks like they are outsourcing their CS help. I could be wrong. It's pretty disturbing though. <div></div>

Start paying the CSR more than minimum wage, or, train them how to do thier jobs!

Wanted to add that in the screenshot I posted above, Sangy the GM says he should have known, meaning GMs should know this stuff. I don't think GMs should get booted or anything, but the person who hires them should be :smileyhappy:

<DIV>Kinda like that time I got killed by a master chest in Harclave by 2 Deadly Traps and the GM would not give me a rez so I could loot it. In this case the GM obviously had no idea of how rare these things are and what their importance is.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>And kinda like last night when my guild killed Venekor. Our MT had a graphics driver crash with 10% left of Vene's health. We kept healing our Linkdead tank and he managed to keep aggro. Because he couldnt move and he was on a wall, the poisonous elementals were inside the wall. Someone assisting off him dealt the final blows to the last poison elemental in the wall and the chest spawned in the wall (or somewhere outside of the world we can walk in). The GM wouldn't even respawn Venekor for us. At the very minimum he could have done that and watched us kill him again. Ideally a GM should be able to check log files and see that we did in fact just kill him and if he couldn't find the chest anywhere, respawn Vene, one shot him, and let us have the chest. BUT, considering GM's know absolutely nothing, I am not surprised. Two hours of our time wasted.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV><p>Message Edited by megatraum on <span class=date_text>08-04-2005</span> <span class=time_text>11:38 AM</span>

The report was made probably for the name evenescant not Sir. And also Dirrilion. Sometimes these names are copied from something copyrighted maybe the GM didnt know which part of the name the person meant to report. Still the GM was pretty dumb to think Sir was the probably, a game earned title. :/

<DIV>Hoo-boy. We also have encountered theis certain PERSON before. They demonstrated EXTREME incompetence (had no idea who Moorguard is, etc.). Gnotaunt recapped our encounter with a news post at <A href="http://www.guildimperium.org" target=_blank>www.guildimperium.org</A> .</DIV>

<DIV>This was so funny and so sad.. I couldnt believe it as you can see in the /gu.. I kept saying it must not be a real GM.. lol but it was. I just dont see why they dont look for people within the game like other online games do.. But this ofc is just one in the stack os 100's of funny encounters with these people. </DIV>
<DIV>Found it even more funny that she didn't know that 3 people couldn't possibly have the same names. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Oh well, maybe SoE will get rid of the monkeys that they have left in the DoF pre-order and hire some real CS.</DIV>
