Was he actually in EQ1 because I don't remember seeing that.  I do remember and ogre merchant that sold pickles in West Freeport named Boomba <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  Probably the Boomba in EQ2's Great Grandsire or whatever he says. <div></div>

Sure Lucan was around.  You had to kill him for the Soul Fire, a big bad (heh) pally sword.  He turned into a lich when he died, so it was like, HAH, told you he was evil!  But you get banned for life from Freeport anyway.  Well, except for the North part.
