And beleive me, I think some of the younger seasoned people were confused and scared a bit. If you ask me, I say this guy was determined. <img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v723/Enever/EQ2_000048.jpg"> <div></div><p>Message Edited by Enever on <span class=date_text>07-15-2005</span> <span class=time_text>09:57 AM</span>

Reminds me of my days in Antonica, back in the first month of the game being live. <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> They would chase you from the far NE corner all the way to the Qeynos gates -- if you lived that long. If you did, thankfully, the guards would finally kill 'em. Surianka 50 Illusionist Befallen Imperium <div></div>

He was gray to me. hehe, Gray to my friend who accidently hit him too. we ran back to the docks not expecting him to follow. When we found out he was not giving up, we locked the encounter and pulled our new friend around TS. hehe. <div></div>

<P><FONT color=#ff3300>Yikes, well if they start chasing you even after you zone then you really have to be scared.</FONT></P> <P><FONT color=#ff3300>Good Luck!</FONT></P>

If that ever happens...I'd be freaked. Especially if you accidently pull somthing from Feerrott into the Commonlands or Antonica.... Tht would be freaky, but greatfully, will never happen. <div></div>

There was speculation early on in Alpha of EQ2 that the NPC's would pursue an attacker across several zone lines, however given that once an encounter broke the creatures used to chase after someone else who was nearby this could lead to trouble.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Now that the NPC's become un-attackable and return to whence they came, it is possible that somewhere down the dark road of Sony's idealisms we may just see this implemented.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Vanguard I also believe is trialling this and will more than likely keep it, or so I am told.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Over all it makes for a more diverse world, with creatures able to freely roam the world and not be confined to their 'zone'. In the real world does a dog stop walking along a street because it hits a zone line? No and neither should anything from a game world that is meant to simulate a fantasy real world. Of course there would need to be some limitations to keep the higher level creatures well and truly away from the lower level areas but that could be implemented by segregating the low and high zones by a large expanse of water (that no creature without the aid of a ship could traverse).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyway that's some information and speculation to keep you all busy.</DIV>
