How do you activate that cool-looking prismatic visual effect on the prismatic weapons? Everytime I see prismatics they only look like that second pic, bit blue with a blue shimmer, not that... "rainbow spellfire". <div></div>

You have to have Melee Attack on to see the glow effect. <div></div>

sometimes it'll get buggy and glow when you arent fighting,  wish it always did that though, not that huge glow but not that lil tiny one either..
