I decided to mount it on the wall. its a dud, nothing happens =( Oh well I only spent under ten minutes completing the quest. And why would a tough Ogre Bachelor like Mad Don need a wussy gimmick quest item like that anyway?

You have to examine it in your home.and it makes EVERYONE flirt with you, no matter how many people are in the room...20+ people flirting with you at once lolAND VERY NICE SCREENY sixten!
