You can betray at any level as long as you can complete the new citizenship quests, most of which means you need ot survive getting to freeport and getting to the quest zones inside.  I would say after 20 you can do it if you know how to get into freeport.  </P> <P>5. Not sure but you can do a rebind ability quest to make any zone inside a city home.</P> <P><BR> </P>

id always say go with assasin. Even though as stated u'll hit ur peak at around 32 or 33 with ranged attacks. But the thing is a ranger is a big pain in the [Removed for Content] to solo with. Plus there always trying to get ranged to attack a mob and then other mobs agro its just a pain better left undelt with. With an assasin ur right up there with the mob no bs no nothing poisening decaping and everything for a crap load of dmg. Melee classes are just simpler.<div></div>

Melee classes are just simpler.<div></div><hr></blockquote>With assassin it can be a struggle to get behind the mob (or stealthed) to get your big hits off.  However, you don't have to worry about 5m or arrow cost.  As you get higher level that is a big pain for rangers for sure!  (1-2 plat per raid!)</div>

... so it should be in the rangers interest to get a bow to summon your own ammo asap like ichorstrand or the one off good ol' gimped tari
