Procs vs Crits vs Pierce Skill

So i am very curious as to which to concentrate on due to all the new adornment options open to us. Lets say i have a DoN and i want to put an adornment on it. Whats better, putting a t7 proc adornment on it? or putting a +piercing to it? I know that with the new combat chnges skill is more important now. i was wondering what would be a better adornment.Also was also curious, is getting crit gear a better option then to get gear to boost main stats as in str, int, hp pool, etc?<div></div>

<P>I'm still experimenting but I believe +pierce (skill) is critical now.  (Assuming you are using pierce DW)  If your buffed STR is at least 750 then I think you want to add crits, int, HP in that order.</P> <P>In my (limited) experience there is still a lot of return getting your STR to 750 or more as far as your dps.  Maybe 800 or 850.  It just adds up a lot because so much is impacted by STR.</P>
