i believe the lowest is the quested hooluh hood which's 67 to wear, but u can get it the quest at 60...i think. relic is 67 isnt it? havent even logged my assassin in forever to see<div></div>

A lot of the wood elf tattoo look cool with the mask on, mine has like the tatoo that makes it look he has two kinda scar like things across his eyes...I'll try and post a screen shot later on if i can ever get on today. He also has a dagger that ive aptly named the urine dagger cause it pees (adamantine dragonfang)
