Aggression and Hate Transfer

<DIV>ok, makes more sense now, I was reading some of the update notes and it saw that some classes were losing their hate buffs and such, so I wasn't totally sure how that was going to affect hate transfer.  Thanks for the info</DIV>

While we are on the topic of hate transfer.It sucks that swashy hate transfer is only 2% lower. And with hurricane and Double attack they are becoming a clear winner in MT group. Thus another reason that we blow now. : (
