What combo should I use

I'm at level 27 at the moment and solo grinding seems to have gotten a lot harder.  I was wondering if I should be duel wilding with the offensive stance or should I switch to a sword/shield combo and use defensive stance?  Also what AA should I use for solo grinding?  I am going down the strength line at the moment.<div></div>
