For grouping i'd say the Kithicor, but if you're raiding in a heavy AoE zone or you just know you're coming up on a mob with a nasty physical one it would probably be more beneficial to put on the nemesis. Soloing... i'd say the nemesis. The parry is nice, but the sta, agi, and mit boost count for more. If power is also a big issue for you, go with the nemesis for the agi bonus, though it's unlikely that'll be the case. There can be a lot of gear swapping as an assassin... best to carry all the armor your bags can hold and adjust to the mob.(this doesn't mean freak out everytime you hit labs and you fight a forgewright, trash is still trash) For the most part keep the DPS gear unless you're fighting a named or end up tanking. <div></div>

The nemesis is slightly better but it's real close.  In regular groups I'd probably use the kith, on raids the nemesis, because you won't be at 750+ str usually in groups.

I'd go with Nemesis at all times.  The extra sta & agi will be more hepful than 10 str and 5 parry.<div></div>
