Rallos Zek cloak is roughly 2-3% of my total damage from the proc alone, thats not counting the abilities you get.I agree inny would be a better choice for pvp though, simply becase you cant always be in melee range so those dumbfires and charm are like a magical "I win" button.<div></div>
