A question about the Assassin Hood

Hello everyone, I have a quick question for the assassin community. Where is the location of the NPC to get the Assassin Hood quest? I believe the hood is called the Cowl of The Villian. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.<div></div>

You're confusing 2 hats, Cowl of the villain does indeed drop from the final boss in the Vaults instanceThe quested hat is Hoo'Loh's Inhumer Cowl and is rewarded from the signature quest Blood of the Brood, walkthrough <a href="http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/quests/BloodoftheBrood.php" target=_blank>here</a><div></div>

Thanks for the help everyone. I am fairly new to The Assassin profession and I really enjoy it. Let me be more specific. Which is the hat that was introduced in pub 27? That is the one I am talking about. I would like thank everyone for their help, and for that walkthrough.<div></div>

Thats both of them. They where in since KoS released I think, but at that time it was just a darkened ranger hood I belive, as of 27 they got thier own graphic. <div></div>
