I realize this is a fantasy game I just do not get why you can't shoot at someone's head from the front and I do not get why you can aim at someones head while running but not shoot a couple arrows.</FONT></STRONG></P> <P><STRONG><FONT color=#0000ff size=3>This is not something I am screaming fix for. Be glad you can do those on the run, while Rangers, the masters of bow attacks, cannot.</div>

Semi true, so I will clarify.Rangers have two attacks we can use while mobile, they are;Culling the Weak - rear/flank mid damage (1800ish @ M1) attack with a ~50snare effect.Selection - stealthed non grouped AE mid damage attack(~2000ish @ M1).Your Headshot seems like a similar to our Culling, not sure about the other one. Our other ranged attacks have had the mobility portion removed, first for DoF, then for PvP.Merkades, 70th Ranger.Siege, Najena.

It is easy to see why you cant use the double shot on the move, it works from the front so you would be able to kite with it, which SOE does not want. Our other 2 Bow CA can't be used from the front so you cant kite with it so no movement penalty was needed.
