I'm currently using:Cowl of the Villain+15 str +15 sta +20 agi+60 health +50 power+630 vs magic +630 vs poisonChain Armor: 357 mitigationEffects: Applies Distraction when Equipped. When target is damaged this spell has a 20%chance to cast Distraction on target's attacker.-Decreases Threat to target by 700But I picked this up last night:Wastestalker Cowl+12 str +20 sta +24 agi +12 wis+50 health +50 power+5 piercing +5 slashingChain Armor: 357 mitigationAny input is appreciated.

You're looking at added resists plus a chance to de-aggro.
cowl o fthe villan a better hat, however the deaggro proc is a joke and completely useless. we dont need deaggro in the first place, and the proc only works when you take dmg.

I don't remember the stats, but I think the helmet that drops off the last named in the nest is better than either, and it's a pretty common drop.

I think the point of the De-Agro comes in to effect when you do an oopsie and draw the agro by mistake, if that takes effect it makes the tanks job alot easier to pull the agro off you. That would be my basis in liking the De-Agro on the first one. Other then that, I would still pick the first, it gives more to health and the stats that you use more often. As far as I can tell we don't use wisdom, and AGI is almost useless to us since SOE decided not to put in their proposals for the stat. If I remember correctly it was supposed to be the main trait for assasin as it was to increase our avoidance and what not, but I haven't seen anything else about it since EQ2 released.

I'm talking about the +630 Magic/Poison. STR is generally capped in raids, and even before that it isnt too tough with the right gear.
