<P>The one shown there is the Hooluh cowl from the quest for the class hats.  If you have it already simply go back to hooluh and exchange it. </P> <P>The other you can get is the relic hat, Nightfall Helm, if you have it already just go back to the dude in Sol Eye and exchange it, otherwise get a relic mold for it and go turn it in with the necessary stones.</P> <P>They aren't new hats, just reworks of pre-existing ones. Stats havent changed</P>
